Project Ambition is a forward-thinking nonprofit dedicated to dismantling systemic inequities and empowering marginalized communities to thrive educationally and economically.

Our mission is fueled by stark realities: only 22.6% of Black Americans aged 25 or over hold a bachelor’s degree and just 13.5% secure jobs paying $100,000 or more. Without significant intervention, projections warn that Black wealth could hit 0 by 2053 and Latino household wealth by 2070, underscoring the urgent need for tailored support and transformative change.

We offer comprehensive services—including mentorship, scholarships, financial literacy courses, and a myriad of other programs—all designed to equip our “Ambitioneers” with the tools they need to attain and maintain long-term success.
